Fees for Use of Intellectual Property
Use of our intellectual property without
our consent is subject to the payment of
various fees. If you use our intellectual
property (i.e. advertising copy) then you
consent that you will pay such fees. Non-payment
of fees will result in criminal proceedings,
civil proceedings or other actions taken
to the maximum extent of the law to ensure
that you do not profit from unauthorised
use of our intellectual property.
The fees are:
- Per page of our intellectual property
of part thereof, except where permitted
by law, the sum of £1000 (GBP) to be
remitted within 14 days of demand.
- Should payment not be received within
14 days of demand, this will rise to
£5000 (GBP) per page or part thereof.
- Should payment not be received within
28 days of demand then we will take
it as your consent to bring whatever
legal action we feel necessary, including
criminal and civil proceedings, cancellation
of hosting and affiliate accounts, cancellation
of supplier arrangements and any other
action necessary including recourse
to any UK governmental agency as we
see fit.
Fees for Renegotiation of License
All images on this site are licensed
and you are not permitted to re-use them.
Should you re-use any image on this site,
then you consent that we will attempt to
renegotiate the license to cover your use
at the following fees:
- Per image, wheresoever sourced by
ourselves the sum of £500 (GBP) to be
remitted within 14 days of demand.
- Should payment not be received within
14 days of demand, this will rise to
£2500 (GBP) per image.
- Should payment not be received within
28 days then we will take it as your
consent to bring whatever legal action
we feel necessary, including criminal
and civil proceedings, cancellation
of hosting and affiliate accounts, cancellation
of supplier arrangements and any other
action necessary including recourse
to any UK governmental agency as we
see fit.
If you use intellectual property without
our consent, then you are legally bound
to pay these fees. Otherwise, you must not
use intellectual property from the site
without our consent.
